When we created Pro-Crick, our vision was built around one simple belief — talent deserves the right opportunity, and every opportunity should create value for everyone involved.

Cricket has always been more than just a sport. It connects people, cultures and communities across the world. Throughout our own journeys in cricket and sport, we have seen the dedication, sacrifice and passion that players put into developing their careers. We have also seen the challenges many talented cricketers face when searching for the right opportunities and the right environment to grow.

Pro-Crick was created to help bridge that gap.

Our purpose is to connect talented cricketers with cricket clubs through a professional, transparent and relationship-focused approach. We want to create partnerships that are built on trust, where players find opportunities that match their ambitions and clubs find players who can contribute both on and off the field.

From Experience to Opportunity

Both of us come from different backgrounds, but we share the same passion for cricket and player development.

Through our experiences in sport, business and cricket, we have gained a deeper understanding of what players need when taking the next step in their journey. We understand that every cricketer has a different story, different goals and different challenges.

Our aim is not simply to connect players and clubs — our aim is to understand both sides and create partnerships that last.

Supporting Players and Clubs

For players, we want Pro-Crick to become a trusted platform that helps them access opportunities, develop their careers and experience cricket in new environments.

For clubs, we want to provide access to talented and committed cricketers who bring quality, professionalism and passion to their teams.

We believe the strongest partnerships are created when the right player meets the right club.

Looking Towards the Future

Although Pro-Crick is a new platform, the foundation behind it has been built through years of involvement, research and understanding of the cricket landscape.

Our journey begins with connecting Sri Lankan cricketers with clubs across the United Kingdom, but our vision extends much further. We want to build a global cricket network that connects players, clubs and communities around the world.

We are excited about the journey ahead and grateful to everyone who believes in our vision and supports what we are building.

Cricket has given us incredible experiences, friendships and opportunities. Now, we want to give back to the game by helping others find theirs.
